The decisions a woman makes about her pregnancy are personal. You decide what is right for you. If you are pregnant and having a difficult time deciding what to do, information and someone to talk to are available to help you make an informed decision. Learning about parenting, adoption and abortion may help.

If your pregnancy is a result of sexual abuse or sexual assault, additional resources exist. Polk County Crisis & Advocacy Services is available at 515.286.3600. The Iowa Coalition Against Sexual Assault is available at 800.284.7821 and www.iowacasa.org. Both organizations offer free, voluntary and confidential services.
